Storyline: After her husband’s death, a widow named Sehar (Imran) spends her time meditating in her garden and praying for her husband’s soul. When a good-for-nothing young man named Ravi (Abhijeet) comes to live with Sehar, she is convinced that her prayers are being answered. Things get complicated when Ravi steals a cheque from Sehar's purse and finds out the secret of Sehar's wealth. When he tries to renege on the deal, Sehar has a stroke and eventually dies. Ravi is in a fix because of the cheque, which he insists on returning. However, after Sehar's funeral, Ravi finds the cheque and uses it to get married to Sehar's only daughter, Arjun (Satish). The wedding is called off when she discovers about the truth. Ravi and Sehar get married and all their respective families and the town rejoice. The only problem is that now, Ravi has no clue what to do with Sehar's wealth!
